  • Work closely with site teams to deliver regional Social Value objectives, regularly travelling to sites and local communities.
  • Collect and input Social Value delivery data into Community Investment Plans (CIPs), supporting accurate reporting and performance tracking.
  • Gather and manage evidence to demonstrate Social Value delivery, ensuring GDPR compliance at all times.
  • Create engaging content for internal and external communications, including case studies for social media and the website, working closely with the Communications team.
  • Attend and contribute to site meetings, contract reviews and client meetings, providing updates on Social Value performance.
  • Identify and engage local community groups and partners, leading engagement initiatives and supporting co‑design activities.
  • Support work‑winning by contributing to Social Value commitments for bids through research and review.

You'll bring:

  • An understanding of Social Value within construction, development or a related sector.
  • Strong communication skills, with the confidence to engage a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience managing multiple initiatives or projects, often to tight deadlines.
  • A creative, proactive approach to developing Social Value activities.
  • The ability to build strong, long‑term relationships with community partners.
  • Good IT skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Microsoft Teams.

No specific qualifications are required, although higher education or experience in Social Value, community engagement or a related field would be beneficial.

Given the nature of this position, you will be required to undergo a Standard (DBS) check at offer stage
