Social Value Advisor

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver the project's social value strategy and commitments.
• Engage with local schools, colleges, community groups and charities.
• Identify employment, skills, apprenticeship and volunteering opportunities.
• Work with project teams and subcontractors to maximise social value outcomes.
• Monitor, report and evidence social value performance against project targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with local authorities and community stakeholders.
• Prepare reports and case studies highlighting project achievements and community impact.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in a social value, community engagement, CSR, ESG or stakeholder management role.
• Knowledge of social value frameworks and measurement methodologies.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience working within construction, infrastructure, engineering or related sectors is desirable.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Full UK driving licence.
