Key Responsibilities
- Deliver the project's social value strategy and commitments.
- Engage with local schools, colleges, community groups and charities.
- Identify employment, skills, apprenticeship and volunteering opportunities.
- Work with project teams and subcontractors to maximise social value outcomes.
- Monitor, report and evidence social value performance against project targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with local authorities and community stakeholders.
- Prepare reports and case studies highlighting project achievements and community impact.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience in a social value, community engagement, CSR, ESG or stakeholder management role.
- Knowledge of social value frameworks and measurement methodologies.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience working within construction, infrastructure, engineering or related sectors is desirable.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver measurable outcomes.
- Full UK driving licence.
