This is a flagship environment where exceptional service, attention to detail, and customer experience are paramount.

This role offers a unique opportunity for an FM professional who thrives in a luxury residential setting and is equally comfortable engaging with clients, residents, and stakeholders as they are leading operational delivery on site.

The Role

Working closely with the client, residents, subcontractors, and the wider Wates team, you will help create a safe, welcoming, and exceptionally maintained environment befitting one of London's most prestigious residential communities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise the delivery of planned and reactive maintenance activities across the site.

  • Support contractor management, permits to work, and safe systems of work.
  • Monitor service delivery performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Assist with compliance documentation, audits, reporting, and CAFM system updates.
  • Ensure communal areas, plant rooms, and building services are maintained to exceptional standards.
  • Support the Site Manager in delivering a five-star customer experience throughout the development.

About You

We're looking for an individual who combines strong FM operational knowledge with outstanding people and customer service skills.

You'll ideally have:

  • Previous experience in a Facilities Management, Building Services, Residential, or Property Management environment.
  • Experience in a supervisory, team leader, or senior engineer position.
  • A strong understanding of M&E building services and maintenance delivery.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working in customer-facing environments where service excellence is essential.
  • The confidence and professionalism to engage with high-net-worth residents and senior client stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of health & safety legislation and compliance requirements.
  • Experience managing specialist contractors and service providers.
  • Strong organisational skills and a proactive approach to problem solving.
