We're looking for a proactive and experienced Supervisor to lead a team of multi-trade operatives delivering responsive maintenance services across properties in Winchester.

🔧 Your Role Will Include

🔨 Supervising a team of operatives across various trades, ensuring productivity and quality of work
⚠️ Monitoring and enforcing health & safety compliance across all sites
📅 Allocating jobs and ensuring timely attendance and completion
📞 Managing customer complaints from initial report through to resolution
🤝 Liaising with tenants, internal teams, and contractors
📊 Supporting scheduling, resource planning, and performance tracking

🧠 What We're Looking For

✅ SSSTS certification (essential)
✅ Proven experience supervising repairs and maintenance in social housing or a similar environment
✅ Strong knowledge of multiple trades (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, general building)
✅ Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
✅ Full UK driving licence
