Are you an experienced Recruiter looking for an opportunity to make a real impact? We're looking for a talented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team and play a key role in attracting, engaging and hiring exceptional talent across WPS.

Working as part of a collaborative Talent Acquisition team, you'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with hiring managers to deliver effective recruitment solutions while ensuring an outstanding candidate experience from attraction to onboarding.

 

🔨 What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing end-to-end recruitment activity across a range of professional, operational and specialist roles
  • Building strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and workforce plans
  • Delivering recruitment campaigns aligned to business objectives and resourcing requirements
  • Directly sourcing diverse, high-quality candidates through a variety of attraction methods
  • Providing guidance and support to hiring managers on recruitment best practice
  • Ensuring all recruitment activity complies with employment legislation, immigration requirements, GDPR and company policies
  • Supporting recruitment cost-saving initiatives through direct sourcing activity
  • Producing recruitment reports and analysing trends to support informed hiring decisions
  • Contributing to talent acquisition projects, continuous improvement initiatives and diversity and inclusion objectives
  • Championing a positive candidate experience and promoting the WPS employer brand

 

✅ What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle within an in-house or agency recruitment environment
  • Strong direct sourcing and candidate attraction skills
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technology
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously
  • Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret recruitment data and identify trends
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Up-to-date knowledge of employment law, immigration legislation and GDPR
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
