Are you a Site Manager or SHE Advisor with good experience and knowledge of Temporary Works looking for something a little different? Or a Temporary Works Coordinator or Design Engineer ready to get closer to delivery? Are you driven to make construction safer, smarter, and more efficient?

We're looking for a Temporary Works Advisor to support our Southern sites and help raise the bar in compliance and best practice.  This role can be based anywhere in the South of England and will require extensive travel across the region.

This is your chance to influence major projects, guide site teams, and shape how we deliver temporary works across the business.

What you'll do

  • Lead weekly temporary works inspections and compliance audits
  • Set projects up for success by ensuring TW plans, registers, and appointments are in place before work starts
  • Coach and support PCTWCs and TWSs on-site
  • Champion safety, working closely with our SHE team
  • Help digitise and streamline our TW processes
  • Share insights to drive continuous improvement across all projects

A DBS check will be required at offer stage.

What we offer

  • Competitive salary + bonus
  • Car allowance or company car
  • Travel covered to our sites (HMRC rates apply)
  • Private Medical, 8% employer pension, 26 days holiday + BHs, wellness programmes and more
  • Strong learning and development pathways to accelerate your career
  • Market-leading family leave benefits (26 weeks fully paid maternity, 12 weeks fully paid paternity)

You'll thrive here if…

You're proactive, confident on-site, passionate about safe delivery, and ready to make a real impact—whether you're stepping up from site management or moving across from design.
