Are you people-focused, organised, and passionate about delivering great customer experiences? We're looking for a Tenant Liaison Officer (TLO) to join our team in South Derby, supporting the delivery of planned maintenance works within social housing.

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in ensuring residents are fully informed, supported, and engaged throughout works to their homes.


About the Role

As a Tenant Liaison Officer, you'll be the vital link between residents, site teams, and the wider delivery team. You'll help ensure works run smoothly by keeping communication clear, managing expectations, and providing a positive resident experience from start to finish.


Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for residents throughout planned works
  • Build positive relationships with tenants, ensuring they are informed and supported
  • Arrange and attend resident meetings, property visits, and community engagement events
  • Handle queries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Work closely with site teams to ensure works are delivered with minimal disruption
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of resident interactions

About You

We're looking for someone who is approachable, organised, and thrives in a customer-facing role.

Essential:

  • Full UK driving licence as travel to sites will be required
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to build rapport with a wide range of people
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail

Desirable:

  • Experience within social housing or planned maintenance
  • Previous experience in a Tenant Liaison Officer or similar role
