📍 Location: Minworth, Birmingham

Are you a detail-oriented, proactive team player with strong administrative skills and a passion for supporting operational excellence? We're looking for a Voids Administrator to join our dynamic team and play a key role in ensuring void property works are completed efficiently, safely, and to client standards.
🔍 About the Role
Reporting to Void Supervisor, you'll support a team of supervisors and sub-contractors, helping to coordinate works, manage documentation, and maintain accurate records. You'll also liaise with clients and internal departments to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service delivery.
🧩 Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to supervisors and contractors
- Ensure jobs are completed on time and in line with client guidelines
- Gather and manage Health & Safety documentation
- Prepare and distribute relevant paperwork/orders to sub-contractors
- Attend client meetings and resolve issues confidently
- Advise sub-contractors on company policies and procedures
- Respond to variation requests in line with client protocols
- Produce weekly job status reports and follow up on incomplete tasks
- Maintain and update spreadsheets, cost trackers, and client reports
- Review and sign off sub-contractor invoices; resolve queries with the commercial team

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (formulas knowledge will be tested)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Commercial awareness and understanding of NHF schedules
