Voids Supervisor

We're looking for an experienced Voids Supervisor to manage the refurbishment and turnaround of void properties across our housing stock, based out of Walton-on-Thames. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong trade background and experience delivering high-quality works within social housing.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Manage void properties from inspection through to handover.
• Supervise operatives and subcontractors, ensuring works are completed safely, on time, and to budget.
• Produce specifications, conduct inspections, and complete quality sign-offs.
• Monitor void turnaround times and performance targets.
• Liaise with internal teams and contractors to ensure smooth delivery.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

📋 What We're Looking For

• SSSTS qualification (essential).
• Strong trade background with multi-trade knowledge.
• Experience supervising voids, repairs, or planned works within social housing.
• Good understanding of void standards and refurbishment works.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
