The Vacancy

We have an opportunity for a Supply Chain Co-ordinator to join our Wates team within our Responsive Works division. You will be working out of our Finsbury Park office on various contracts.

You will:

  • Ensure all works orders received are completed within target dates leading to delivery of contractual key performance indicators.
  • Liaise with the planning team to ensure correct allocation.
  • To participate in and contribute positively to Inducting/ On boarding supply chain with a view to them becoming an asset to the team.
  • Ensure that pre and post repairs inspections are carried out, undertaking all necessary checks in accordance with Wates Professional standards and other associated policies and procedures.
  • Record regular quality control checks of works orders.

To be successful in this role you will be confident communicator with the ability to negotiate and improve contract terms, along with budgeting, targeting and forecasting skills.
