About the Role

As our Proposals Manager, you’ll be a cornerstone of our business, overseeing the end-to-end proposals process. From drafting solid strategies to putting the finishing touches on submissions, you’ll ensure our bids don’t just meet the mark – they knock it out of the park. You’ll work hand-in-hand with our Bid Manager to lay down a winning strategy and build compelling content that stacks up against the competition.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Lead from the Ground Up: Manage the entire proposal process from concept to completion, ensuring every bid is structurally sound and compelling.
  • Content Construction: Edit and enhance input from stakeholders, building winning narratives that integrate key strategies and win themes.
  • Collaboration is Key: Partner with our in-house specialists to bolster our bids with innovative and value-driven content.
  • Master Builder: Manage a team of graphic designers, external agencies, and contributors, making sure everything aligns for a seamless, high-quality submission.
  • Laying the Bricks for Improvement: Attend debriefs to gather lessons learned and help us continuously reinforce and refine our approach.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Pass on your best practices and support the development of our national proposals team to ensure everyone’s working at peak performance
