Are you a motivated and hands-on Site Manager looking to lead impactful projects? Wates Smartspace is seeking driven individuals to manage projects across healthcare, education, commercial office fit-outs, and retail. Whether you’re leading your own projects up to £2m in value or working within a larger team on higher-value developments, you’ll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the delivery of exciting builds.

This role is a national role which may involve working away from home.

What You’ll Do:

As a Site Manager, you’ll take charge of delivering projects safely and to the highest standards. You’ll lead site teams to ensure that work meets quality, safety, and environmental goals, while working with commercial teams to meet financial targets. Whether leading your own projects or collaborating as part of a larger team, you’ll manage risks, identify potential challenges, and make sure everything is coordinated smoothly. Your leadership will ensure subcontractors and supervisors are aligned, delivering the project to the highest expectations and meeting the needs of our customers.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re looking for proactive Site Managers with a strong passion for delivering high-quality projects. You’ll have experience in healthcare, education, office, or retail sectors, and have a track record of managing new build, refurbishment, or fit-out projects. With the ability to lead site teams, manage risks, and coordinate complex tasks, you’ll ensure that projects run smoothly and efficiently while meeting customer expectations.
