By making sure every decision ladders up to this purpose, we can take our business into the future and have an even greater positive impact in the world.

"In 2024, our 127th year of being in business, we are launching a new purpose and strategy for the Wates Group. Our new purpose, ‘reimagining places for people to thrive’ will help us adapt and transform to tackle the seismic challenges that we face – as a company, an industry and as society as a whole. We have always looked to be at the forefront of positive change within our industry – and that is an approach we strengthen today.
