We want a workforce that better reflects society, and offer our employees an environment that gives them flexibility through working arrangements and benefits.
We introduced our sector-leading family leave policies in 2020.
Since then, we have become one of the first construction companies to support flexible working across our business, including for site-based employees. In 2024, we further enhanced these policies.
We aim for all our roles to be flexible, and we already specify this in all new vacancies.
