Oltjon Aliaj is a Higher-Level Apprentice who joined Wates as a Building Services Engineer Trainee in September 2023.
He’s a 19-year-old from Romford and is a very active person, enjoying a range of spots including climbing and swimming. He loves travel and enjoys going to visit his family who live in other countries.
“I really value my apprenticeship programme because it provides me with a clear trajectory for the next five years. In two years, I can become a qualified engineer and pursue further education by getting a Masters. This structured pathway ensures that I can continue to grow and develop in my career”.
