What we’re looking for.

To join us on our Level 2 or 3 apprenticeships, you must have GCSE grades 4/C (or equivalent) in Maths and English.

To join us on a Level 4 apprenticeship, you must have GCSE grades 4/C (or equivalent) in Maths and English, plus Level 3 qualifications (A-Levels or BTEC grade A – D).

What soft skills are needed for apprenticeships?

Soft skills refer to the behaviours, traits, habits, and attitudes relating to how people interact and communicate with each other. While hard skills require capabilities or expertise related to a specific job, industry or niche, soft skills are more broadly reaching and transferable between roles and sectors.
