You might already be in construction or an adjacent sector such as utilities, aeronautics, defence, technology or advanced manufacturing. Our technical experts and engineers work across a wide range of areas, including mechanical and electrical engineering, building performance, digital engineering, sustainability and intelligent buildings. Whatever type of engineering you specialise in, we’d love to hear from you.

We’re looking for real subject matter experts. People with proven experience of delivering technical engineering projects. You should be self-motivated, high energy, proactive and adept at multitasking. You should also be able to apply engineering principles to problem solving. In engineering, having people who can think differently is a real advantage.

In addition, we’d like you to have a collaborative mindset and be transparent and open in your approach to work. Design or commissioning skills would be good too.  We’d also like you to have a degree, or above, in building services engineering, mechanical or electrical engineering or another adjacent discipline.

Mobile Engineer

Mechanical EngineerLocation: Inside the m2Contract: JLL – AvivaWe have an opportunity for a Mechanical Engineer with strong expertise in HVAC systems, ventilation, heating and plumbing. Responsibilities to include but not restricted to carrying out PPM’s on a wide variety of HVAC and mechanical systems, including various plant and equipment., Diagnose faults and resolve reactive jobs in line with necessary SLA’s, Maintain and repair mechanical plant including, Fans, Vents, pressurisation units, pipework, pumps, motors.Key Responsibilities: Maintain and service HVAC, ventilation, and heating systems for commercial Produce factually correct reports, evidence and job sheets for all mechanical works.
