Deliver PPM and reactive works in line with legislation and contract standards. Use CAFM/PDA technology for real-time job updates and reporting. Ensure all works comply with health & safety regulations and Wates policies. Provide excellent customer service while working independently.About You 18th Edition Electrical Qualification is essential. Strong electrical background with experience in building services or FM.
