Your responsibilities include: Performing PPM and reactive maintenance to ensure optimal building performance. Responding quickly and effectively to engineering issues and emergencies. Preparing detailed Method Statements and Risk Assessments for all tasks. Supervising subcontractors to maintain high standards of work. Recording all tasks accurately and ensuring weekly client sign-off. SES are currently looking for a Regional Technical Director to lead the technical and design aspects of our MEP projects across the Southern region.ABOUT THE ROLEThis role will drive consistency across all projects, leading an independent design and engineering team while collaborating with other technical leaders across regions.
