Strong knowledge of M&E systems and building services. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to manage budgets and deliver against KPIs. SES are currently looking for a Regional Technical Director to lead the technical and design aspects of our MEP projects across the Southern region.ABOUT THE ROLEThis role will drive consistency across all projects, leading an independent design and engineering team while collaborating with other technical leaders across regions. This role involves delivering both planned and reactive maintenance across a multi-building site, ensuring the smooth operation of building systems and compliance with health and safety standards.🔍 About the Role:As a Shift Maintenance Engineer, you’ll be responsible for: Performing first-line response for all planned and reactive maintenance on M&E plant including pumps, motors, drives, AHUs, LV switchgear, PLCs, and HVAC systems Monitoring and improving building systems for optimal performance and energy efficiency Ensuring helpdesk tasks are completed accurately and within agreed timescales Supporting the operation and control of building systems and external plant areas Maintaining compliance with statutory regulations and internal proceduresThis is a shift-based role with no overnight attendance unless on call.
