"One of the programme's highlights has been the opportunity to undertake placements across diverse departments such as Production, Commercial, Design, SHE (Safety, Health, and Environment), M&E (Mechanical and Electrical), and Bid management. These rotations have given me a holistic understanding of how each function operates within Wates and the wider construction ecosystem, and how they are interconnected to ensure the delivery of safe and successful construction projects."
