Fraudulent recruitment offers

It has come to our attention that various individuals and organisations are contacting people with false employment opportunities.

These offers often include a company logo and contact details of a Wates employee, which are easily found online. However, such details should not be accepted as proof of authenticity.

Wates will never:

• Make unsolicited offers of employment.
• Ask for money from job applicants.
• Require bank details from candidates before a formal offer of employment has been agreed.
