The Vacancy
We have a fantastic opportunity for an Application Support Analyst to work within our Wates Property Services business unit to provide support across various projects. Our Application Support Analysts are a valuable part of our business. The focus of this role will you provide day to day support including Incident and change management for our IT Application team.
As our Application Support Analyst you will:
- Manage IT Application upgrade projects in conjunction with internal and external parties.
- Co-ordinate IT Application updates and maintain support records
- Supporting the analysis for business-driven change requests and establish business and application impact, effort involved and high-level cost.
- Work with the wider IT team in learning and providing support on existing and newly introduced business platforms.
Given the nature of this position, you will need to undergo a Basic Disclosure and Barring Service Check (DBS) at offer stage.
