Wates are seeking a dynamic Site Secretary to support our high-performing Construction Team based in Rugby.

What you’ll do:
As our Site Secretary, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting the Construction Team, including:

Taking the lead on complex diary management, coordinating travel, and handling key communications.

Drafting high-quality correspondence and documents on technical or sensitive topics.

Attending meetings to take minutes, track actions, and provide proactive administrative support.

Managing expenses, maintaining systems, and streamlining team processes.
