Wates Property Services (WPS) is seeking a dynamic Account Manager to lead and nurture our partnership with the London Borough of Enfield, ensuring excellence in service delivery and client satisfaction.
About the Role
As Account Manager, you will be the key point of contact for our client, responsible for overseeing contract performance, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring that our services align with the borough’s strategic goals. You’ll work closely with operational teams, stakeholders, and the client to maintain high standards and foster long-term collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day relationship with the London Borough of Enfield.
- Monitor and report on contract KPIs, SLAs, and compliance.
- Lead client meetings, performance reviews, and service improvement plans.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and added value.
- Resolve issues proactively and maintain strong client satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in account or contract management, ideally within property services or FM.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Commercial awareness and ability to manage budgets and performance metrics.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
- Knowledge of public sector contracts is advantageous.
