We’re looking for a Business Analyst to support our Finance team across Purchase Ledger, Sales Ledger, and Payroll—with a big focus on process creation, documentation, and improvement. If you love turning complexity into clarity, this is your role! 💡


💼 What You’ll Do:

🧾 Map and document end-to-end finance processes
🧠 Lead workshops, gather requirements & support system changes
📚 Create business cases, user guides & change logs
🧪 Manage testing cycles (UAT, regression)
🔄 Drive continuous improvement and automation
📊 Provide ad-hoc analysis to support decision-making
🎓 Support training and knowledge sharing


🧠 What You’ll Bring:

✔️ Strong finance background with process documentation skills
✔️ Advanced in Visio, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
✔️ Hands-on experience in Purchase Ledger, Sales Ledger & Payroll
✔️ Excellent communicator across all levels
✔️ Analytical mindset with a drive for improvement
✔️ Relevant qualifications in Business Systems Development & Analysis
