The Vacancy

WPS is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to oversee our largest contract in the Wolverhampton area. This role involves managing a diverse range of planned works including Elemental replacements, Retrofit works and high rise renovations.

Not only will you be overseeing the project but you will also have direct reports to look after aswell. Ideally based in the Wolverhampton area as you will be required in the office/site however we can offer hybrid working to give you that home/work life balance

Key Responsibilities:

– Lead and manage operations across multiple planned work streams.
– Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
– Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
– Monitor performance and implement improvements.
– Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Candidate Requirements:

– Proven experience as an Operations Manager.
– Strong background in managing large-scale contracts.
– In-depth knowledge of planned works with a key focus on elemental replacements, Retrofit works and high rise renovations.
– Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

You will need to be a strong character, experience in dealing with clients and be a strong leader.
– Candidate must be an experienced Operations Manager from a social housing background.
