Are you ready to lead a high-performing engineering team and deliver exceptional technical services across a prestigious portfolio? Wates Property Services is seeking a Technical Services Supervisor to oversee operations on the JLL contract in the Midlands.

🌟 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead a regional engineering team, ensuring compliance with JLL’s service standards.
• Drive customer satisfaction and operational excellence across multiple sites.
• Supervise engineers and subcontractors, ensuring timely delivery of PPM and reactive tasks.
• Champion health, safety, and environmental standards, embedding a culture of Zero Harm.
• Support ESG initiatives and sustainability goals in line with JLL’s vision.
• Manage contract performance, KPIs, and SLA compliance.
• Provide technical support, conduct audits, and contribute to continuous improvement.

👤 What We’re Looking For:

Essential:

• Proven experience in delivering hard M&E services in a customer-focused environment.
• Strong working knowledge of Health & Safety legislation.
• Hands-on approach to maintenance and operational issues.

Desirable:

• Health & Safety training (IOSH Managing Safely).
• Experience with PPM systems (e.g., Concept).
• Knowledge of sustainability technologies and ESG practices.

🎓 Qualifications:

• Trade-related qualification.
• 18th Edition certification.
• Asbestos Duty to Manage.
