🔧 Your Mission
- 🗓️ Programme the Works: Shape short-term schedules and keep progress on track.
- 🛠️ Lead the Team: Manage operatives, sub-contractors, and suppliers with a sharp focus on quality and safety.
- 🕵️ Inspect & Advise: Attend pre/post inspections and help craft smart design solutions.
- 📊 Report Progress: Submit weekly site updates and ensure smooth handovers.
- 💼 Drive Efficiency: Finalise job packs and completion details to keep invoicing swift and WIP low.
👷 Who You Are
A seasoned Site Manager with a strong track record in internal and external planned maintenance works. You’re a confident communicator, a proactive leader, and a multitasking maestro.
💻 Tech-savvy? You’ll need solid skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
🧠 Organised? Prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines is second nature to you.
🛡️ Committed to Safety? A Basic DBS check will be required at offer stage.
