We are looking for a Senior Information Manager to join our growing Digital team, supporting high-profile, technically complex projects across multiple sectors including MoJ, DfE and commercial developments. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to our Digital transformation and information management across a diverse portfolio of projects.

About the role
As Senior Information Manager, you will lead the information management function across multiple regional projects, line-managing Information coordinators in the region and driving compliance, innovation, and adoption of Information management principles. You will play a key role in shaping and delivering our Information Management strategy, with platforms like Dalux and Morta at the core.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Line management of information coordinators, including performance reviews and resource allocation planning.
- Oversight and governance of Common Data Environment (Dalux) and integration with our Data management platform (Morta).
- Driving compliance with ISO 19650 and company standards across all projects.
- Leading training and cultural change initiatives to embed digital best practices.
- Engaging with stakeholders across various sectors to influence and communicate effectively.
- Contributing to Business Performance through data analytics and digital innovation.

We’re looking for someone with
- Experience in Information Management and associated Digital Platforms
- Knowledge of ISO 19650 and Common Data Environments (CDE)
- Leadership experience managing teams and driving cultural change
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience with platforms like Dalux, Morta, and PowerBi (desirable)
- A proactive, collaborative, and optimistic mindset
