Client Support Team Leader – Manchester (JLL Contract)

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Client Support Team Leader to join our team in Manchester, supporting our prestigious JLL client contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a dedicated support team, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of client support coordinators
  • Ensure timely and accurate handling of client requests and service orders
  • Maintain strong relationships with JLL stakeholders
  • Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement

  • Proven experience in a client support or service delivery role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
  • Knowledge of property services or FM contracts is a plus
