Social Housing & Decarbonisation

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead planned works across multiple sites in the Coalville area, with time split between site visits and office-based coordination.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage retrofit and decarbonisation workstreams across social housing projects.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction.
  • Lead and support site teams to deliver high-quality outcomes on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate schedules, resources, and reporting across multiple locations.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.

🌱 Project Scope:

  • Social housing retrofit programmes
  • Net zero and decarbonisation initiatives
  • Multi-stream delivery across planned works

👤 Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the social housing sector
  • Strong knowledge of net zero and decarbonisation strategies
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple sites and teams effectively
