The Vacancy

6 Month Fixed Term Contract

WPS are looking for skilled Multi Traders to join our responsive maintenance team supporting social housing properties in the Coalville area.

🛠️ About the Role

You’ll be responsible for carrying out a variety of maintenance and repair tasks across occupied and void properties. The work will be varied and may include:

  • Groundworks
  • Tiling
  • Plastering
  • Plumbing
  • Painting & Decorating
  • Carpentry
  • Joinery

You’ll be expected to work independently and as part of a team, ensuring repairs are completed to a high standard and within agreed timeframes.

Requirements

  • NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in a recognised trade
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Proven experience in one or more of the listed trades
  • Strong customer service skills and a professional approach
  • Ability to work safely and comply with health & safety regulations
