The Vacancy

WPS are looking for two experienced Resident Liaison Officers to support our planned decarbonisation works across social housing sites in the Leamington Spa, Coventry, and Warwickshire areas.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for residents throughout the delivery of planned works.
  • Ensure clear and consistent communication between residents, site teams, and project managers.
  • Support the delivery of retrofit and decarbonisation programmes, ensuring minimal disruption to residents.
  • Handle queries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and empathy.
  • Maintain accurate records of resident interactions and project updates.

🏘️ Project Scope:

  • Social housing retrofit and energy efficiency upgrades
  • Net zero and decarbonisation initiatives
  • Multi-site planned works delivery

👤 Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience as an RLO in planned works, ideally within the social housing sector
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to travel between sites across the region (driving license is a must)
  • Understanding of retrofit and decarbonisation processes is highly desirable
