Are you a skilled and proactive engineer looking for a dynamic role in the heart of London? WPS is seeking a Foot Mobile Engineer to join our team, delivering high-quality building services maintenance across a portfolio of commercial properties managed by our prestigious client, JLL.
💼 Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks across multiple sites in Central London.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and fabric issues.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of work completed using mobile devices.
- Liaise with clients and site contacts to ensure excellent service delivery.
🛠️ What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in building services or facilities maintenance.
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., City & Guilds, NVQ, or equivalent in electrical or mechanical disciplines).
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
