WPS is looking for a proactive and experienced FM Supervisor to oversee the delivery of facilities management services across a portfolio of commercial properties in London, supporting our valued client, JLL.

💼 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of engineers and operatives across multiple sites.
• Ensure the effective delivery of planned and reactive maintenance services.
• Monitor compliance with health & safety, statutory regulations, and company policies.
• Liaise with the client and stakeholders to maintain strong working relationships and service standards.
• Support operational reporting, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage subcontractors and ensure quality of service delivery.

🛠️ What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in facilities management or building services supervision.
• Strong technical background in M&E or building fabric maintenance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under pressure.
• Relevant qualifications (e.g., IOSH/NEBOSH, City & Guilds, NVQ).
