🏢 FM Supervisor – London
WPS is looking for a proactive and experienced FM Supervisor to oversee the delivery of facilities management services across a portfolio of commercial properties in London, supporting our valued client, JLL.
💼 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of engineers and operatives across multiple sites.
- Ensure the effective delivery of planned and reactive maintenance services.
- Monitor compliance with health & safety, statutory regulations, and company policies.
- Liaise with the client and stakeholders to maintain strong working relationships and service standards.
- Support operational reporting, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage subcontractors and ensure quality of service delivery.
🛠️ What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in facilities management or building services supervision.
- Strong technical background in M&E or building fabric maintenance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under pressure.
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., IOSH/NEBOSH, City & Guilds, NVQ).
