The Vacancy

Wates have an opportunity for a Senior MEP Manager/Senior Building Services Manager to join our project team in Brighton delivering new homes to the local community.

The Senior MEP Manager will lead the Operations team by delivering excellence and first class sustainable hard M&E maintenance, projects and Operating Framework compliance providing leadership, management, added value and development.

To develop strong relationships with customers, be a positive representative of the Residential team and communicate with our clients and key stakeholders.

As our Senior MEP Manager, you will:

• Oversee engineering workforce delivering hard M&E services, compliance and delivery. Supporting with the management and delivery of Extra Works and M&E/Fabric Projects.
• Manage and monitor programmes with direct intervention to ensure alliance with the Wates Residential Construction Programme.
• Hosting and minuting M&E Progress Meetings. Site liaison with Residential site team.
• Ensure to effectively mobilise new buildings in a changing property portfolio completing due diligence, risk registers and dilapidation reports. company policies are implemented and followed across the region (Operating Framework).
