🔧 Skilled Fabric Technician (London)

WPS is seeking a Skilled Fabric Technician to join our team on the prestigious Landmark contract in London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and experienced technician to play a key role in delivering high-quality building maintenance services across a high-profile site.

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out planned and reactive fabric maintenance tasks across the site (e.g. carpentry, plastering, tiling, painting & decorating).
  • Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in compliance with health & safety regulations.
  • Supporting other trades and assisting with general building upkeep.
  • Responding promptly to service requests and fault reports.
  • Maintaining accurate records of work completed and materials used.

✅ What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a similar fabric technician or multi-skilled maintenance role.
  • Strong knowledge of building fabric maintenance techniques.
  • NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in a relevant trade (e.g. carpentry, joinery, painting & decorating).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
