You’ll be the heartbeat of our FM Helpdesk (experience here is a bonus, not a must!):
✅ Delivering top-tier service to clients and contractors
✅ Building strong relationships across the business
✅ Managing emails and calls with confidence
✅ Handling queries and assigning jobs efficiently
✅ Chasing up outstanding tasks
✅ Keeping systems updated for full transparency
✅ Ensuring maintenance is processed on time
✅ Communicating daily with contractors
✅ Challenging unnecessary call-outs
✅ Collaborating with site managers and engineers
✅ Working to meet business KPIs
✅ Maintaining professionalism at all times
