ABOUT THE ROLE
As an Assistant Planner, you’ll play a key role in coordinating with site teams and main contractors to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards. You’ll assist senior planners in developing fully integrated programmes and contribute to regular progress reporting, helping teams stay aligned and informed throughout the project lifecycle.
You’ll be involved in:

- Creating short-term and subcontractor programmes, S-curves, labour histograms, and progress reports.
- Liaising with clients and contractors to agree on baseline programmes and resolve delays proactively.
- Supporting tender planning and attending key project meetings.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Some experience in mechanical and electrical (M&E) environments.
- A basic to intermediate level of proficiency in Asta Powerproject.
- A full, clean UK driving licence.
You’ll need to be a strong communicator, highly organised, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to best practice are essential.
