The Vacancy
We have an exciting opportunity for a Facilities Centre Manager to join our Needspace? Team on a 6-month FTC covering our office space in Earlsfield, providing effective administration support and customer services to ensure a smooth-running service and become part of a successful and growing business at an interesting point in the flexible office market as business’s start to consider a return to the workplace.
Our Needspace? Business provides quality managed workspace to the growing number of small businesses in Greater London and the South East.
As Centre Manager you will,
- Be the first point of contact for all people visiting the business centre’s offices, including taking and distributing deliveries/post.
- Always keep the Centre tidy and in good repair within pre-agreed budgets.
- Ensure efficient operation of the Building Management Systems and compliance with Health & Safety legislation.
- Assist the Sales Manager with enquiries and lettings when required.
We are looking for someone who is highly organised, has excellent communication skills and can manage issues through to a successful resolution in a professional manner.
To be successful in the role you will have ideally worked in a similar role and fast paced environment or have gained relevant transferrable skills. Additionally, you will be able to deal with people at all levels, as well as external suppliers and have the ability to work independently and successfully manage varying workloads.
