We’re looking for a high-performing, organised multi-tasker to work within our Business Improvement & Mobilisation function! 🎯 This is a significant strategic role reporting directly to the Corporate Development Director, with responsibility for delivering major business improvement projects, contract mobilisation and demobilisation, and overseeing governance, reporting and administration.

🧠 What You’ll Be Doing
📋 Project Management Office
- Lead major projects and change programmes.
- Develop and deliver contract mobilisation and de-mobilisation plans.
- Produce reports, presentations, and board updates.
- Manage contract KPIs and performance.
📈 Strategy
- Collaborate with WPS business units to design long-term internal efficiency programmes.
- Shape strategic customer approaches.
📣 Comms & Engagement
- Manage internal and external communication plans.
- Organise kick-off workshops, briefings, and events.
- Maintain regular communications aligned with company guidelines.
🤝 Internal Functions Liaison
- Act as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
💬 Communicating & Influencing
- Own key stakeholder relationships.
- Build strong cross-functional links.
- Leverage operational teams to support improvement and mobilisation.
💰 Financial Responsibility
- Ensure mobilisation plans stay on budget.
- Cost and report on business improvement programmes.
- Build business cases for investment
- Communicate clearly with the finance team and report on financial betterment.
🧩 What You’ll Bring
Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of process, change and improvement.
- Proven experience in project/contract mobilisation and de-mobilisation.
- Effective measurement and reporting knowledge.
Skills:
- Project management and stakeholder engagement.
- Adaptable, goal-oriented, and detail-focused.
- Excellent communication and multi-tasking abilities.
- Self-starter with a professional and organised style.
- IT change experience (desirable).
- People and team management experience.
🎓 Qualifications: Degree level or vocational equivalent.
