WPS are seeking a Responsive Works Supervisor to join our team supporting a respected social housing provider in Redditch. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a dedicated team delivering high-quality maintenance and repair services across occupied properties.

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day responsive repair operations
  • Ensure works are completed safely, on time, and to a high standard
  • Liaise with tenants, operatives, and subcontractors to resolve issues
  • Monitor performance and compliance with health & safety standards
  • Report progress and KPIs to senior management

✅ Requirements:

  • SSSTS certification is essential
  • Proven experience in social housing or similar residential maintenance environments is highly desirable
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage workloads and prioritise effectively
