Are you an experienced engineer looking for a role where you can make a real impact? WPS s is seeking a Resident Engineer to join our team, working on-site with our prestigious client, JLL, in London.

About the Role

As a Resident Engineer, you will be the first point of contact for all technical and maintenance matters on-site. Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering planned and reactive maintenance services to ensure building systems operate efficiently.
• Diagnosing and resolving technical issues promptly to maintain compliance and client satisfaction.
• Coordinating with contractors and suppliers for specialist works.
• Maintaining accurate records and reporting on building performance.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in a similar engineering role within commercial property or facilities management.
• Strong knowledge of building services (electrical, mechanical, HVAC).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Relevant qualifications (e.g., City & Guilds, NVQ, or equivalent).
