About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to lead business transformation initiatives. In this role, you’ll investigate business situations, analyse and model processes, and document requirements for change. You’ll work closely with stakeholders, IT teams, and suppliers to design and implement solutions that deliver measurable value.

Key Responsibilities
✅ Business Process Analysis & Improvement – Analyse and redesign workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
✅ Requirements Gathering & Documentation – Capture and manage functional and non-functional requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
✅ Data Analysis – Conduct end-to-end data analysis, define data requirements, and extract actionable insights using advanced techniques.
✅ Stakeholder Communication – Present complex findings clearly and persuasively to all levels of the organisation.
✅ Solution Recommendation & Gap Analysis – Identify gaps, recommend implementation approaches, and align solutions with business objectives.
✅ Systems Implementation – Support detailed cutover planning, testing, and execution activities for IT projects.
What We’re Looking For
✔ 5+ years’ experience in a Business Analyst role delivering IT solutions.
✔ Recognised Business Analyst qualification (Diploma or equivalent).
✔ Strong communication skills – able to translate business needs into technical solutions.
✔ Proven experience in systems implementation and stakeholder management.
✔ Property Management industry experience is a plus.
✔ Open to occasional travel (Manchester, Liverpool).
