The Vacancy

Join our busy WPS responsive maintenance team, helping us deliver essential repairs to social housing residents. As a Scheduler, you’ll coordinate daily workloads for our operatives, book appointments, prioritise emergencies, and ensure residents receive a smooth and supportive service.

This is an office based role in the Swadlincote area so you must be able to get here on a daily basis. Traditional working hours are Mon – Fri 8am – 530pm

What You’ll Do

  • Schedule repairs and manage operative diaries
  • Prioritise urgent jobs and update our systems
  • Arrange inspections and follow‑on work
  • Provide clear and friendly communication to residents and colleagues
  • Support team targets and maintain high service standards

About You

  • Great communicator who enjoys helping others
  • Strong organiser who can multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Confident using digital systems
  • Experience in scheduling, customer service or logistics is helpful but not essential
