The Vacancy
WPS are currently looking for a qualified Plumber to join a busy Social Housing Maintenance team covering the Redditch area. This role involves working in occupied properties, delivering high‑quality repairs and maintenance while providing excellent customer service to residents.
The Role
- Carrying out reactive and planned plumbing maintenance
- Working within social housing and domestic properties
- Diagnosing and repairing plumbing faults efficiently
- Liaising directly with tenants and site teams in a professional manner
- Completing job reports and complying with health & safety standards
Essential Requirements
- Full UK Driving Licence
- NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing (or equivalent)
- Experience working in domestic or social housing environments
- Strong communication and customer‑facing skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
