WPS are currently looking for a qualified Plumber to join a busy Social Housing Maintenance team covering the Redditch area. This role involves working in occupied properties, delivering high‑quality repairs and maintenance while providing excellent customer service to residents.

The Role

• Carrying out reactive and planned plumbing maintenance
• Working within social housing and domestic properties
• Diagnosing and repairing plumbing faults efficiently
• Liaising directly with tenants and site teams in a professional manner
• Completing job reports and complying with health & safety standards

Essential Requirements

• Full UK Driving Licence
• NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing (or equivalent)
• Experience working in domestic or social housing environments
• Strong communication and customer‑facing skills
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
