The Vacancy
Are you an exceptionally organised, proactive and confident administrator looking to take the next step in your career?
We are looking for an Administrator to provide administration support to our Operations Director, someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, loves making things run smoothly, and can anticipate what’s needed before it’s asked.
As an Administrator, you will deliver seamless administrative and organisational support, ensuring schedules, meetings and commitments are prioritised and well prepared.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and can work discreetly with business‑critical information.
- Providing proactive administrative support to the Operations Director.
- Managing diaries, events, and understanding director movements at all times.
- Coordinating meetings and site visits, anticipating needs and ensuring everything is prepared in advance.
- Handling confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
- Assist with the collation of supplies and material information from our approved supplier and record cost data appropriately.
