💼 What You’ll Be Doing

As a key member of our commercial team, you’ll lead on pre‑ and post‑contract strategy, ensuring our commercial processes run smoothly and deliver maximum value across each project.

Your role will include:

  • Managing subcontract procurement, measurement, valuation and contractual processes
  • Supporting strong Health & Safety standards through regular reviews and compliance checks
  • Leading valuations, cashflow management and monthly reporting (CVRs, procurement & progress updates)
  • Working closely with project teams to optimise procurement, production, and commercial outcomes
  • Building positive relationships with clients, consultants and wider stakeholders 🤝
  • Supporting and developing commercial team capability and performance

🎓 What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for someone who has:

  • Knowledge of construction methods, measurement & valuation
  • Experience with subcontract procurement and NEC contracts (preferred)
  • Strong commercial and financial skills, with the ability to drive cost control and value recovery
  • Confidence building relationships across clients, PQS, design teams and supply chain
  • A proactive, collaborative and solutions‑focused approach
