We’re excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join our team! In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our residents, ensuring they receive exceptional support and a positive customer experience from start to finish.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• 📞 Deliver outstanding customer service by handling incoming calls, queries, and repair requests
• 🤝 Build strong, positive relationships with residents and stakeholders
• 🛠️ Log repairs accurately and ensure jobs are scheduled promptly with the relevant teams
• 📊 Identify recurring issues and support service improvements
• 📝 Assist with complaint handling, ensuring timely updates and resolutions
• 📅 Work closely with planners, operatives, and administrators to support smooth operational delivery

We’re seeking someone with experience in customer service—ideally within social housing, maintenance, or a fast-paced contact centre environment. If you’re confident, organised, and enjoy helping people, this role is perfect for you.
