About the Role
We are currently recruiting for a Project Administrator to join our team in the West Midlands, supporting planned social housing works for WPS. This is a key office-based role providing administrative support to project and operational teams, ensuring works are delivered efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing day-to-day administrative support to project teams
  • Assisting with the coordination of planned social housing works
  • Maintaining accurate project documentation and records
  • Updating trackers, reports and spreadsheets using Excel
  • Liaising with internal teams, subcontractors and clients as required
  • Supporting programme updates, data input and general office administration

About You

  • Previous experience in a construction or built environment setting is highly desirable
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident using Excel and Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, etc.)
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines
  • A proactive, reliable team player with good communication skills
