We’re looking for a motivated and organised Voids Supervisor to join our growing WPS team in the West Midlands! You’ll take ownership of the end‑to‑end voids process, ensuring properties are turned around efficiently, safely and to high-quality standards — while supporting the Project Lead and stepping up when needed. 🚀
What you’ll do
- Lead the Voids operation — optimise resources, implement robust processes and ensure turnaround times meet contract KPIs and client standards. 🔧📊
- Manage the workflow — oversee all void repairs, inspections and sign‑off activities, ensuring all work orders progress within target dates. ⏱️
- Support teams & supply chain — guide administrators, operatives and subcontractors so everyone understands targets and delivers consistently. 👥🎯
- Drive quality & customer care — ensure pre‑ and post‑void inspections are completed, quality checks are recorded, and communication is proactive and clear. ✅
- Monitor & report — produce weekly updates on completed and outstanding voids, investigating delays and resolving issues quickly. 🗂️📈
- Engage with the client — support performance reporting and attend regular client meetings to maintain a positive working relationship. 🤝
- Handle variations & queries — manage variation requests in line with client procedures and respond effectively to customer, client and staff enquiries. 🧩
- Champion H&S — ensure compliance with our Operating Framework and maintain high standards around PPE, vehicles, livery and ID. 🦺🔒
- Support commercial success — monitor operating costs and productivity metrics, working closely with commercial colleagues. 💷📊
What you’ll bring
- Experience supervising within repairs & maintenance, ideally within voids or property turnaround environments.
- Confident team leadership and strong supply chain management skills.
- A track record of delivering KPI performance, efficiency and quality.
- Excellent planning, scheduling and problem‑solving abilities.
- Strong understanding of health & safety and stakeholder engagement.
Why join us

- Supportive team culture with great opportunities for development and progression. 🤝📈
- Make a positive impact on our communities by helping bring homes back into use. 🏡
